The Power of Certification

HUDEX, the American Council of Human Development Experts founded by the American International Academy in 2016 to be the embracive and supportive body of training and human development professionals in the Arab world. The Academy is an independent international institution licensed in the state of Wyoming in the United States since 2009. Dr. Wael Murad, president of the American International Academy, heads the Congregation. HUDEX seeks to provide representation headquarters soon in several Arab countries. Membership of HUDEX could be obtained by applying the application with the required documents; member will get a membership certificate and ID card in his specialty field. 


Goals and Aspirations

1. Setting high standards and basics of certifying coaches and training centers and accreditation of training packages. 

2. Developing the skills and efficiency of coaches to improve and enhance the training profession and to rid it from all the marred issues, which could offend it.

3. To raise in offering our services in order to become the most attractive international body to trainers, and training centers, and the owner of the highest certifications in the world.

4. Cooperation with coaches and training centers, and work to find common goals with them.

5. Provide trainers and training centers with the necessary tools to help them develop and facilitate their business.


HUDEX offers currently 6 types of memberships:

1. Membership of a Certified Trainer.

2. Membership of a Certified Advanced Trainer.

3. Membership of a Certified Expert Trainer.

4. Membership of a Certified Human Development Expert.

5. Membership of a Certified International Training Expert (CITE)

6. Membership of a Certified Training Centers and Departments.

Our Services

for our members

  1. Issuance of certificates and training cards, distinctive designs and luxurious printing.
  2. Registering and accrediting training packaged and archiving them according to their registration numbers.
  3. Drafting certificates professionally and accurately.
  4. Giving training certificates reference numbers to be added to a verifiable database on our website.
  5. We send you certificates and cards very quickly by international mail (DHL) or by e-mail.
  6. Attestation of certificates from the US State Department for those who wish for an additional fee.
  7. Providing consultancy, information and support in developing your training packages.
  8. Include membership data on our website and help you communicate with all members.
  9. We receive requests for those wishing to contact you by e-mail and forward them to you.
  10. Assistance in obtaining a grant of 30 percent of the basic tuition fee when enrolling in a master's or doctoral program at American International Academy.
  11. Members can use the “Hudex” logo in their advertisements and training sessions. We are pleased to provide them with a high definition image that serves their purposes.
  12. Offering the International Diploma in Professional Training (IDPT) (for members and non-members), which aims to prepare a successful trainer who has the ability to manage the entire training process and prepare training packages with high efficiency and professionalism, and has the skills and qualities of international professional trainers.
